Reiki Plus More is located in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Dr. Sonya holds a doctorate in Health Psychology and has over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She has been a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher since 2015, which means she helps to facilitate the healing process and teach others how to become Reiki Masters.
Dr. Sonya lives a spirit guided life – meaning she is a strong believer in self-care, inner work, discipline, and collaboration with Spirit in order to create and maintain the reality she prefers. The life she prefers is one of joy, happiness, gratitude, mindfulness, loving kindness, connection, harmony, positivity, creativity, ease, and flow. Living a spirit guided life also means quieting and disciplining the mind to retrieve and interpret spiritual information from the universal energy that exists all around us. She believes we are all capable of retrieving information from the spiritual realm – the only difference is the degree of development. Her spiritual gifts and desire to connect her clients with their own inner universe is evident during each of her sessions.
