I was not sure of what to expect going into my first session with Sonya. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. Sonya explained the process and answered any questions I had before starting. I did not share much information prior to each session. Sonya was able to identify problem areas. Each session gave me a greater sense of peace, and clarity, allowing me to better manage my anxiety and work through grief. I plan to continue reiki sessions in the future with Sonya, as needed.

I’m new to Reiki, and might not understand all the ins and outs of this practice, what I know is that I felt insecure to try something new going to my first session with her.
